Just Fur Fun always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your package, however, in many cases, we will get your money back to you sooner! This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
In the case of a return, you may receive a refund or credit for the purchase. All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized. All returns and exchanges are subject to a fee for return shipping cost unless stated otherwise. Any additional fees will be confirmed upon notification of the return or exchange. Always contact us before shipping any return or exchange for proper notification.

- Login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via email of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
Once you have been authorized, return the item with a note (preferably on a copy of the invoice) with RETURN or EXCHANGE written on it. For an exchange, please indicate what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please use delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
Delivery time make take up to two weeks. We do keep a good amount of stock so most orders are shipped within 48hrs.
Custom orders will usually take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
